The Mobile Setup contains options that are related to general functionality across all the Naviona Mobile Solutions.
| Field Name | Description |
| Initial Barcode ID | Field to define the start of the Barcode ID. The Barcode ID is a sequential number that’s related to a record in NAV, it is used as part of the barcodes printed on document. The value of this field is used to set the length of the barcode, it must be set before the barcode solution is used. 1000000 is the recommended value. |
| Error if Label Rule Not Found | With this checked the system will display an error if there is no match in the Inventory Label Rules table when trying to print a label. Without this checked the system will just skip it. |
| Item Identifier Priorities | The Item Identifier Priorities are used to define how the system will search for items during barcode scans. When an item identifier barcode is scanned the system will first search for a match using the highest priority, if not match is found it will continue with the next highest priority, etc.. |
The Mobile Setup page have a function in the ribbon called ‘Initialize Setup’, this function can be run to initiate all the setup tables. It will create a record in each of the setup tables with a typical setup.
