The Naviona Mobile Solution provides functionality to design and print inventory labels. The design can be done on a user interface level by creating either Word or RDLC Layouts in the custom report layout table and it comes with a set of different layouts that can be used as starting points.

The labels uses the standard supported Business Central barcodes, so you can choose to used barcodes like 3of9, 128 or 2D barcodes.

The Label Printing Rules allows for automated printing of labels where the system picks the label format, quantity and printer based on the item or user id that’s printing the label.

The labels can be printed from a variety of places within Business Central, such as from operations, warehouse receipts, item ledger entries, warehouse shipments, etc.. using any of the clients.
