The Print Inventory Labels function will print labels intended for labeling inventory items. It uses the configuration in the Inventory Label Rules table to determine the label format, printer and quantity to print.

The Print Inventory Labels function is available across the application; during receiving, when posting of output on operations, at the time of shipping, from the item ledger entries, etc..

Each time a label is printed the system logs it in the Inventory Label Print Log with the below information.
